Shipping Policy

Same-Day Express Delivery

  • All products will be delivered within 3-6 hours of order placement on the same day.
  • This premium delivery service is currently available in Mumbai and select metro cities.
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM may be delivered the next business day.
  • Delivery is available 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.

Delivery Information

  • Free express delivery on all orders.
  • You will receive real-time tracking information via SMS and email.
  • Our delivery partners will contact you 30 minutes before delivery.
  • Someone must be available to receive the order at the delivery address.

Refund and Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only for products that are:

5. Replacement and Exchange

  • Replacement delivery timeframe: 7 days
  • Exchange delivery timeframe: 5 days
